2. What this policy covers

This Privacy Policy applies to the personal data that we collect through our website hosted on Wix (the “Site”), including information you provide via our contact forms and information that is collected automatically when you browse the Site.

It does not cover processing that may occur outside the Site (for example, during contractual negotiations, projects, or services delivered separately), which may be governed by additional or separate agreements.

When you use our contact form or otherwise choose to communicate with us through the Site, we may collect the following types of information:

Company name and role/title.
Any information you include in the free‑text message field or attachments you send to us.

We do not intentionally request or require any special categories of personal data (such as health data, political opinions, or similar) or highly sensitive identifiers (such as national ID numbers or passport numbers) via the Site. 6.1 Service providers (processors)

We use trusted third‑party service providers to operate our business and the Site. These providers process personal data on our behalf and only in accordance with our instructions:

Wix.com Ltd. – website hosting, infrastructure, and built‑in analytics. Personal data you submit through the Site is stored and processed using Wix’s services.
Microsoft 365 – email and productivity tools we use to receive and respond to enquiries (for example, Outlook, SharePoint).
Pipedrive – customer relationship management (CRM) system used to manage and follow up on B2B and B2G opportunities. Pipedrive acts as a data processor in relation to the personal data we store in the CRM.

We have or will enter into appropriate data processing agreements with these providers where required, including Standard Contractual Clauses and other safeguards for international transfers where applicable.

6.2 Group entities and partners

We may share personal data between Avoris International LLC and Avoris International Denmark where necessary to respond to your enquiry, coordinate business development activities, or engage with relevant stakeholders in different regions (for example, US, EU/EEA, and South America).

We may also share personal data with partners, suppliers, or principals whose products and services we represent, but only where this is necessary to handle your enquiry, and where appropriate safeguards and contractual arrangements are in place.

Because we are based in both the United States and Denmark and use global service providers such as Wix, Microsoft, and Pipedrive, your personal data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your country of residence, including countries that may not provide the same level of data protection as the EU/EEA.

Where we transfer personal data from the EU/EEA (or from other jurisdictions with specific transfer rules) to countries that do not have an adequacy decision from the European Commission, we will ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place, such as Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanisms, and additional technical and organisational measures where required.

8. How long we keep your data

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, and to meet legal, regulatory, or contractual obligations.

Website enquiries and contact form submissions: we generally retain personal data related to enquiries for up to 5 years from the date of our last interaction with you, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (for example, in connection with ongoing projects, contracts, or legal obligations). This retention period reflects our business development cycles in the aviation, defence, and technology sectors.
Technical and log data: data collected automatically for security and operational purposes may be kept for shorter periods, unless a longer retention period is necessary to investigate incidents, ensure security, or comply with legal requirements.

When personal data is no longer needed for these purposes, we will delete or anonymise it in a secure manner, in line with our internal policies and any agreements with our processors.

9. How we protect your data

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure, or access. These measures include, where appropriate:

Access controls and role‑based permissions for staff and contractors.
Secure configurations, encryption in transit (for example, HTTPS) and, where appropriate, at rest.
Use of reputable service providers (such as Wix, Microsoft 365, and Pipedrive) that implement robust security and compliance programmes.
Internal processes to manage access, retention, and deletion.

However, no online service can be completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security. We encourage you to take appropriate steps to protect yourself online, such as using unique and strong passwords and keeping your systems up to date.

The Site is aimed at professional audiences in the B2B and B2G aviation, defence, and technology sectors and is not intended for children. 12. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example to reflect changes in our services, technologies, or legal obligations. When we update the Policy, we will revise the “Last updated” date below and, where appropriate, provide additional notice (such as a banner on the Site or an email notification).
